Back to work...
Ytd went for our fav DimSum at changi village with dar. Hahaz i sometimes admire us, gg far places juz to enjoy our fav food... Hehe it's a kinda 情趣 i guess.
It's so damn warm past few days, cant stand it! 36 degrees weather - just bit more and all of us will be like having fever! Hahazz
Well anyway, back to work after my looong block leave. Yup thou lazy but maybe it's time. I ran out of places to go, things to do... So alright.
Work was ok today, not tat hectic. Hmmm, told my boss abt the bad news of rejection by HR dept regarding ny transfer which he recommended me due to min 2 yrs of epxoerience in a dept. I was surprised when he suggested to try again, and even wanna refer me to positions with other banks ! He's really nice. Maybe he's my 贵人? I haven really met one in my life so far...
Sometimes sms-es with darling really make my day. Hahaz was complaining abt my toe pain. And being me i always here pain there pain. Dar replied, "my poor tofu dear" hahazz.
Wad a cute nickname. :)
And dar mentioned wonder how long it'll be when he earns enuf money so i can be tai-tai....so sweet <3
Pay increment confirmed! Didnt get to read the cuirculR but cfm with my colleagues. Wee! Thou it's a teeny weeny bit, like 40bucks but better than nth!

We settled our bridal package today! :)
Heez cos I kept thinking abt it last night... So told dar and after my facial and his dental today, we went over again...
I think they gave us a fairly good deal, v comprehensive. And I tried on the gown I loved tat day! It was really beautiful, feel so diff in it. I could kinda sense that dar prefers the other bridal shop, but he let me make the decision. Hope I made the right choice!
Another wedding stuff done! Much more to go... But a lil step at a time, and we shall enjoy the process~

Another step fwd...
Hmmm why am I not asleep at this wee hour? Cos I'm still on leave tml! Wee!!~ my block leave.
This break has been so far so good. Enjoyed the quality time with darling over e long weekends. Today we took another step fwd for our wedding- the bridal package shopping!
Was quite lost, didn't noe which boutiques to explore cos there were just too many to begin with. So I went to 2 of them which cousin had experience with.
We were shown many pictures and gowns ... Totally love them. Both bridal shops were great- service, gown designs and photography. But some components of the package were a lil different. So we're in a dilemma now, cant design which one to sign up with.
So far, the wedding preparation has been good, we did things earlier than wad we planned. Just like e wedding bands, We intended to look into our bridal package after June but since we had transport these few days we took e step fwd. In fact I'm e one tat's more particular abt photoshoot cos it'll be the album to keep for life, it has be the most beautiful album.
Each step in wedding preparation is memorable... And I'm so glad we're doing it tgt. Feels like WO ZHEN DE ZHANG DA LE when planning cos we gotta source for many things and get to decide on details of our big event tgt, instead of relying in parents. :)

Really appreciate that! It feels good to have pple remember my special day... Or bothered to send their wishes when they saw my bday on FB. :)
Well anyway... 3 days in a row, drove myself home. Still a lil jittery while I'm driving... But I tink I'm getting lil better? Hehe... And dar has been guiding me while I'm on the road cos sometimes I'm really careless or blur.
Driving is fun! Maybe when I drive more often I won't say that but for the time being, it feels gd to be in e driver's seat! I always admire ladies tat can drive, now I'm one of them! Thou I still suck...hahazz
Been busy gg abt places...and eating supper every night, and sleeping at wee hours as long as I like. I enjoy such life... Feels like my local holidays.
but it's gonna end soon! Meanwhile, I'll hav fun... Max!!
Glad mum got used to her clutches and cheered up a lil with pple visiting and us taking turns to be w her and take care of her and the household chores. Hope she recovers in no time!

bday date with darling.
am i blogging a lil too much recently? hahazz perhaps tat's good cos it shows i have things to blog about...
i'm 24 25! omg ... mid-twenties. but nvm the number! as long as i'm still 20s....
anyway, had a long day w dAr... Went for lunch at Lavendar -big Prawn mee, then went to Kandahar St to buy durian n pandan cake rolls fr Rich & Good.
I was right! Dar brought me to MBS for my bday dinner... a Japanese fine dining restaurant by celebrity chef. tart was uncomfortable dining in tat kinda quiet, too-classy environment. i was ok, juz found it a lil bored and dark. i prefer more well-lit places!
but... the food was great!! yummilicious shark fin Chawanmushi, King crabbie, Sharkfin stone rice and not-so-nice Abalone.
Cost dar a bomb!! we both agreed we prefer more casual dining-as long as the food's good! so no more such atas places!
after eating we took a stroll at MBS, then walked back to carpark to go off... i just got seated when dar handed me a blue box, saying a gift for me. I was pleasantly surprised.... Swarovski angelic necklace which i eyed on apart fr the Chanel necklace! i was choosing btw the 2 and decided on Chanel, thou dar wanted to buy both...

we headed to Keppelbay cos Skypark at MBS was too crowded (nxt time then!) Keppelbay was really peaceful... not much pple compared to hendersonWave or Marain Barage.
we chilled out there, took some pics...
yeah, tat's abt it... my simple yet wonderful celebration.
