It's our 6th anniversary cum dar's 23rd on 22/10/09.... =)

i initially wanted to plan a party and ask along his buddies, but in the end, I still selfishly kept it to only me and him. =P had our short getaway to Downtown East. heeZ* just the two of us. I wanted to surprise him.
We met in the morning to shop for groceries for our BBQ at Cold Storage. Well supposed to be WE, but i was very late, so Darling was already done by the time i reached. Oooopsss...
Cabbed down to Pasir Ris cos our hands were full of stuff. In the cab, i was shocked to receive the call from the Pastry shop asking wad's my unit no. Grrh...! It was meant to be a surprise bday cake for dear. Guess i was bit retarded too [haha..] i turned to dar to ask him wad's our no. where i could have came out with excuses to fake it or sth. so he kept asking wad's the delivery... haha.
ard 6, dar brought down the stuff to start fire for the BBQ. heeZ and right after he went down, the delivery man came! hehe ok at least it's the right timing. I put the cake in the fridge and joined him for the BBQ. We spent $100 plus on the food cos we bought yummilicious ones apart from normal BBQ food. like BiG prawn, BiG sausage, my thin sliced pork, golden mushrooms and all...

we BBQ-ed the rest of the food back to our chalet to eat... And while darling was bathing, I quickly prepared the cake for his surprise. Popped the cake in front of him once he stepped out of the bathroom. hehe thou somehow he knew abt the cake, he still seemed surprised. so my efforts didnt go in vain. he took a looong time wishing. Wonder wad he wished for, thou i didnt ask...

we exchanged presents for our anniversary. Every year, we would try to get each other sth special or what we think one another would like... noticed the gifts are getting biGGer each yr. My gift for him - an ELLESSE watch he eyed on + the adidas jacket [the same as mine!] and my gift from him - My metal logo Havaianas + my 3rd coach bag! I love the card he gave. Cos i simply love receiving cards. he knows it too, but sometimes i gotta hint for it. but this time i didnt. I was touched by his msg on the card, which I guess he must have tot long before penning it. hmmm, hehe... we both spent quite abit for this mini celebration. the BBQ food and the gifts.... so now we're officially Broke. hahaha... but to me, it's really worth it.

Ytd we went for movie at E-hub : 500 days of Summer *yawns. I didnt believe that it wasn't nice thou heard some critics. It really isn't nice. Slow... boring... confusing. I cant figure out why the girl left the guys still. They clicked but she like on and off, blowing hot and cold.

We went to Pasir Ris Park after that.. for a stroll =) and we went to Escape Theme Park, just for Go-kart! hahaa... then back to E-hub for my Cadbury Ferris wheel ride!

i enjoyed every part of this celebration. Cos things felt more blissful than ever. Thank you for loving me...

Weekends whizzed past again!
hmmm nothing much went by... Sat dar went Sentosa with his poly friends but i didnt tag along. [no fan of volleyball] so i stayed home with sis. Went for breakfast at Chongpang... then to Northpoint. We rented DVD for a korean show... very funny. the lead actor and actress look so charming.
Ytd went for my facial... bought a voucher for facial+massage. hehee~
I gotta control my spending ! dun wanna end up pennyless again like last mth...

hmmm this thurS would be our 6th anniversary! hehe...
i'm looking fwd. Not a fanciful celebration, but the date is special enough. heeZ
and my pressie! wonder wad dar bought for me...

the past weekend seemed so short!! I felt i barely got the chance to enjoy it and now it's back to Monday... -__-*
hmmm, caught CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS with dar at P.S... It was a very entaining and imaginative animation. I wasnt tat keen at first but dun regret watching it... Towards the last part of the show, it reminded me of our story... =) Maybe we'll produce an animation next time too for our wedding! haha
then went Suntec with dar to buy durian cake for mum's bday. Took bus back to AMK to meet my family for the bday dinner. Almost puked on the bus cos the journey was super looong! Actually looked forward to the dinnder cos of my fav Salted-egg crabbie.. but somehow felt it wasnt as nice as in my memory. haha maybe cos i ate better and BiGGer crabs at Melbourne alrdy. heehee... That's man. We get harder to be satisfied everytime.
Ytd stayed home cos dear was on duty... Watch Ghosts of Girlfriends Past. The storyine was not bad, some meaningful parts. But i still dun understand why it's title...

spent a simple weekend with dar...
saturday we 'cooped' at his house. haha... watched korean movie [the scandal makers] and ate our mooncake. Didnt feel in the festive mood cos we didnt play lantern or candles. Had our mooncake thou. =) what a pity cos of the heavy rain, didnt get to see the full moon.
Ytd also stayed home for half the day. Then went out to Marina Square for dinner @ Hotpot culture.... we walked over to suntec to walk ard after tat. I saw another Adidas jacket i fancy~ it's bright blue. so nice! but I alrdy have 2 adidas jkts... Like too much if i get another one.
I suddenly miss playing in the arcade... so i pulled dear there... We played the shooting basketballs machine. It was fun~ hehe i used to miss alot of shots but i think i aim better now...
i'm proud of our 456 score. ^__^ but i noe it's a far cry from the Pros la...
took bus 857 back... miss taking tat bus too~ used to take that bus everytime we went Suntec.

ytd dar told me he may need to go over to the crisis area to help out...
i noe it would be a good learning /life experience, and it's good to be able to help pple in need...
But i felt disappointed (not upset) cos he says the duration is unknown, he may be there for weeks or months. -__-*
That would mean that i may be alone for our coming 6th anniversary! It'll be the 2nd time that we have to celerate his bday and anni belated (like last yr). tat really saddens me...
but really, there's nth i can do. But hope that if he has to go, he will return for our impt day. pls..
