short escape fr crazy work week.
i appreciate this short break over the weekend, especially cos of the absolutely crazy week of work. work was so frustrating that many times, i had the feeling my four-lettered vocab and counltess symbols may just be splurt out. i really need some breathing space... well anyway, ytd after work, met dar and went to Bugis again~ we <3 taimei! hehee we had tat for lunch - tried out one new item, their curry tofu fries. took the long bus journey back and on the way we discussed some stuff relating to wedding. =) Evening time was dinner @ 2chefs with dar's army clique. it is somewhere in commonwealth... hiding within a neighbrhood, but it was damn crowded! the food said it all. NICE. Delivered ai xin dinner to one of his friends Jeremy cos he was held up with project at SP. it has been ages since i went back to SP. It was face-lifted! really beautiful now, looks like a v modern campus with cosy study areas and design... was as if i've nv been there before. after tat we went to Safra Yishun for bowling but it was fully boooked. So we went to the lower seletar reservoir (it's near the khatib stadium). The place is great! really beautiful... but i still prefer henderson waves thou. hehe... we had fun with photoshoot there posing class photo shots and random ones.. Supper was Beancurd at Chong Pang.hahazz as always we eat and eat and eat! Had a super long chat w the guys. topic of the night was about relationship issues... and shared a lil about our love story (thou e grp didnt noe despite many yrs tgt) . I was interesting to know the guys' point of view in relationship complications. hmmm and it's during such rare chat sessions that i count myself lucky. for having dar and our love story. and really glad that i can get along n blend in w e grp thou i'm usually the only gal there. the chat lasted till 3 am! kinda surprised also that i wasnt sleepy, bt damn tired today...cos woke up early to pray.napped at dar's hse for 2 hrs but i'm still v v tired.. so yupzz that's how my weekends flew by, almost. =)
