loving me.

past few days been having lunch with Jerlyn... and realised that i havent been taking good care of myself so far, all my life...
she takes good care of herself really well i think. thou abit high maintenance but make her glow and she seems healthy and happy.
i wanna be like tat too. it struck me i ought to be better to myself. i SHOULD.
so shall take little steps to do so, and hopefully be a healthier, prettier gal nxt yr!~ not tooo late to start i gueSS...
